This gazebo has been great over our hot tub. Especially being at home more often, it's been great to have a comfortable space to relax outside regardless of the weather. Because of how big and roomy it is, we also have room for a seating area under the gazebo.

Pretty pleased with this gazebo.
It is very sturdy and strong, looks great, and offers nice protection.
I took off one star because it took a bit longer than I expected to assemble, nothing too challenging but could have gone faster if things were organized more clearly.

We have been spending a lot of time at home due to covid and this Palermo Gazebo was a really good investment. It extended our ability to be outside regardless of the weather. Worth every penny!

First off, I want to say thank you to Awnings Canada for the great customer service. With everything going on in the world these days I really appreciated the communication from their team about lead time and shipping, as well as their help when deciding on what unit would be best for my needs. I found the installation process reasonable and the gazebo looks great fully assembled. Would recommend both the Palermo Gazebo and Awnings Canada in general!

Overall this is a great heavy duty gazebo. I wish they labeled the hardware better - some of it was thrown together in a sealed bag and it took time to figure out which part was which. As long as you're prepared for that, this gazebo is worth it.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The gazebo is exactly as described online, if not nicer in person. It has been a game changer for us in our backyard, allowing us to spend far more time outside. I also can't compliment the Awnings-Canada team enough. Truly great customer service throughout the entire process. If you have any reservations about ordering online, I can guarantee this is the company to do it from. Very trustworthy, reliable and helpful!

Happy with this purchase. It was reasonable to assemble and looks solid once its fully built. My only suggestion is, get a bigger size if you have the room for it. The 10x10 is a decent size, I would just love an extra couple feet of coverage.

I am very pleased with my Palermo Gazebo. I ordered it and built it earlier this summer and have been enjoying it a lot already. It arrived in good shape and with the help of two of my buddies it was easy to assemble. The quality is strong and stable, and I am confident it will withstand all weather here. The gazebo went together pretty well until we got to the legs. The screws to get the legs down were a bit challenging to work with. I suggest having extra help for that part. Now that it's up it looks great and is very functional. Good quality gazebo that we'll have for a long time.

I am really happy with the Palermo Gazebo. The construction is very solid and all the parts fit together nicely. It has exceeded my expectations so far and looks great in my backyard.

Having used the gazebo for a few months, it's been really good so far. It's survived some bad rainstorms with ease. There are days where I would prefer it let less light in. Happy with the gazebo in general.

Our gazebo was easy to assemble and engineered well! To my dismay, 5 of the 8 corner roof sections were damaged! We called Customer Service and they sent us an email with a questionnaire and instructions to attach photos of the damaged corner sections. After emailing the questionnaire with photos back to customer service, we got an immediate response stating that the damaged parts had been ordered for us. We received them within 4 days! I installed the new sections and we have been very happy with our gazebo. It is really well built and should withstand our winters!

Very Happy with this Gazebo! When you buy online, you get a little nervous about the quality and we were pleasantly surprised. It took two people to assemble, and was easy...they also have a u tube step by step video to watch if you get stuck. We put a new deck on our house this Spring so we're excited to relax & enjoy country living under this hardtop gazebo.
Very sturdy and has been through 3 thunderstorms and downpours so far - no issues. Yes, I would recommend this product - in fact, if the company makes a Grill hardtop gazebo I would purchase it. ENJOY your new Gazebo!

Our landscaping crew was able to assemble the gazebo for us. It didn't seem to take them very long, though I am sure it would have taken longer if I built it myself. It looks wonderful in our backyard, and we have placed beautiful flowers around it. It's a very beautiful piece and I am so glad we got it.

Fairly easy to put together with the picture instructional booklet. Would have liked if the parts were labeled better. I suggest organizing the parts by size before building. Overall happy with this gazebo.

We just received the unassembled gazebo, going to wait a few more months until we put it up. The service has been great so far, will add to the review once it's fully built.
