FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125.00 (excluding remote areas)
– This means that the shipping cost is already included in your price, with no additional charges at checkout.
A flat rate of $145 applies to gazebos (Ontario excluded).

Free shipping is only available for non-remote delivery within Canada.
In-stock orders usually ship within approximately 3-5 business days after receipt and take approximately 3-10 business days in transit.
There is a $17.00 flat rate shipping fee for orders under $125.00 to non-remote areas.

Receiving Your Order
Inspect for Damage & Missing Items
- Note any damages or missing items on the shipper's form.
- Minor Damages: Do not refuse delivery for minor damage. Instead, inspect and accept the package if possible, as this speeds up replacement processing.
- For Missing Items: Compare the number of boxes received against the delivery sheet. Report discrepancies on both copies and have the driver sign them.
