Very nice looking gazebo with semi transparent roof. Arrives in a flat pack box with relatively easy to follow assembly instructions. Took a full day to assemble and anchor. One of the roof panels was damaged due to shipping, the distributor sent a replacement. We're very happy with it!

Very sturdy and sensible value for the quality BUT....

WARNING - Not quick or easy to erect - took 2 fit DIY-ers a full 8 hours so be prepared, but worth the effort as it looks great and will last very well.

WARNING - Make sure you read the instructions very carefully and in the right order (don't try to cut corners).

WARNING - Lay cardboard or dust sheets to prevent scratching the finish whilst assembling

WARNING - No downpipes or fittings included (very frustrating). Go for "FloPlast" push-fit pipes and fittings, available very widely for about £30 total. They make these in black or white so make sure you don't order white! You need:
4 x "WP02B" 40mm pipes (black)
4 x "WP08" 40mm "straight coupling" (black) to join onto gutter outlet
4 x "WP11" 40mm 90 degree bends (black) to divert the water away at the bottom

I'm looking out at my backyard and I can see my beautiful Martinique Gazebo with over a foot of snow on it. I am so impressed with how sturdy the structure is! I have heard my neighbours complaining about various things on their property being damaged from the winter we've been having so far, and fortunately I have no complaints :)

It is not difficult to build, but it is labour intensive, so plan accordingly.
The gazebo is well designed and well made.

I was so impressed with the design while assembling the gazebo. It requires assistance and as long as you take your time and follow the steps it comes together easily. Then for the finished result, well it's just beautiful!

I purchased the gazebo online and to be honest was a bit nervous having not seen it in person first. The shipping process was very smooth and awnings-canada communicated with me at multiple points which gave me peace of mind. The package arrived in good condition and with help, assembly was completed in one day. The finished result is very impressive. The gazebo looks great and is very stable. Glad I ordered online despite my initial hesitation.

I mostly built the gazebo on my own, with assistance on a few of the steps. Not all of the bolts were labled clearly. Be sure to go through the instructions step by step, it is really important not to skip any steps. I found at times I would loosen one bolt a bit to make it easier to put another one in. At first I thought the roof panels seemed flimsy but once the entire gazebo was put together they actually seem good. After you finish building it is a really good looking gazebo.

The quality of the materials is really nice, down to the stainless steel hardware. Take your time with assembly, it is certainly worth it.

I cannot get over how much coverage we get from this gazebo. It offers so much protection from sun and rain. We have our outdoor dining set and loungers setup and there is room for even more. What a great spacious gazebo!

This gazebo looks great in our backyard. We don't have much experience building and we finished putting it together in one weekend. We now have extra protective seating in the back which is exactly what we wanted.

So glad I've had this gazebo up for a few months. It's an additional lounge space in our home that allows us to be outside regardless of the weather. It offers UV protection and does warm up inside. The gazebo held up well against strong winds and rain already.

This was more expensive than those soft top pergolas and you can tell why. It's great quality, protects from UV, stands up against all different kinds of weather, and is a permenant structure in our yard. Glad we made the investment.

The gazebo was decent to build. I had two helpers which I think sped the process up a lot. I am unsure how strong the roof panels are, though I am happy that there is a 10 year warranty so that gives me peace of mind.

I built my gazebo early summer of last year. My wife and I were pleased with how much use we got out of it during the summer. I was very interested to see what would happen to it once we had some heavy snow. I am very pleased to say that it has held up well throughout the winter.

lay out all of the parts when you start. follow all of the steps carefully. get a couple friends together to assemble. worth the building process for the end result.

The packaging it was shipped in wasn't great.
I was nervous the pieces might be damaged, but fortunately when we opened it up everything looked good.
I would purchase it again.

The Martinique 10x12 Gazebo is top notch. It was delivered in a timely manner, was assembled with little assistance, and provides a lovely spacious shelter.

I was very impressed by the design. I would describe it as an Ikea style assembly. It was relatively easy to set up (be prepared as I would say it's a two person job).

The Martinique 10x14 Gazebo is a solid gazebo. I recommend getting help when installing the roof panels - and to be honest, if you can have someone help in general it would definitely speed up the project. Good solid strucutre.
